Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Gem Paradise NJ! We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund and returns process. Please read this policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags and certificates intact. Custom-made, personalized, or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email us at gicsez@gmail.com or call us at 917 930 1690 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions for returning the item. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the package. Ship the item to the address provided.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to confirm availability of the desired item. Exchanges are subject to the same return eligibility criteria as refunds.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at GICSEZ@GMAIL.COM or 917 930 1690.
We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs. Upon receipt of the damaged or defective item, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry. Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of approval, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at GICSEZ@GMAIL.COM.
